Location was is a quiet neighborhood walking distance to a lake. Home had tons of space. Parking area also was very spacious. Access to property was easy. Edgar responded quickly to questions and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely be staying again when in the area

We enjoyed our stay. When we first walked in, the temperature was cold in the house due to the unseasonably cold weather. Edgar was very responsive and even checked in to see if the temperature was better in the house after we turned the heat on. The house was clean and perfect for our needs in our short stay in Lakeside.

Enjoyed our stay at this home! Close to downtown and extremely close to Florida Southern. Close to coffee shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking and quiet location. The host was responsive and proactive in communication. We were only here for a short period of time but the house was as listed and had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. We were dropping our daughter off for her senior year at Florida Southern College which is just 2 blocks away. It is a charming older home with all the amenities you could need. I didn’t realize it was a duplex with a smaller unit at the front but didn’t bother us at all. The other tenant was polite and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
