The studio apartment was very clean, good size with everything we needed. Super easy check in and designated parking spot. Edgar was very responsive to any requests. Great location and walkable to lakes and downtown Lakeland.

This was a perfect place to stay when in Lakeland for a week. The host was very accommodating when I had to extend my stay (twice!). Just a short walk from downtown where you can find parks, restaurants, boutiques & bars….literally something for everyone! Highly recommend checking out Frescos for dinner and palace pizza for lunch! Will definitely keep this place in mind when I come back to Lakeland!

We've stayed with Edgar on several occasions as it is extremely close to the Florida Southern College campus, and a nice walk or short drive to downtown Lakeland. The studio is indeed petite, but perfect for two adults on a short weekend. We love it and always try to reserve it for weekends at the school.

Location was is a quiet neighborhood walking distance to a lake. Home had tons of space. Parking area also was very spacious. Access to property was easy. Edgar responded quickly to questions and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely be staying again when in the area

Easy access, right on the main road in town, but quiet cause it is a small town. Very hip decor. Near everything we planned to see in Marfa. Very comfy, with everything we needed. Good temp control, had nice clean bathroom, a kitchen with mini fridge and basic cooking stuff. The sofa was particularly comfy. There was a book that described the history & making of the building which was super interesting. Alex, the host, messaged us lots of restaurant recs (Marfa has top notch places to eat) and ideas of things to do in town and in Big Bend.

This was a great Apt. We loved the location and fell in love with Lakeland largely due to this Airbnb. The architecture of the houses in the neighborhood, the proximity to Lake Morton and Southern Florida University. We were there for the FLW tour and a Tigers spring training game. We biked to both, and it was wonderful. We totally avoided the traffic of the stadium. We also biked to the Sat Farmers Market and around downtown Lakeland. The apt had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We didn't cook there, but the kitchen was well stocked. There was a private parking area for the house, which was great, since we parked and didn't drive again until we left. Can't wait to come back and explore more of Lakeland. Thanks Edgar!

I had a truly lovely stay at Studio 4A. The space was very comfortable, thoughtfully arranged, and easy to settle into right away. The pictures match the room exactly, and the description is very accurate, which made the experience even better because everything was just as expected. The restroom was also very nice, and the water pressure was just right—very relaxing after long days of classes. I truly enjoyed the stay and felt safe and comfortable throughout my time there. One of the biggest advantages was the location. It is a very short and easy drive to Southeastern University’s campus, which made it especially convenient while attending my weekly intensives. Most meet-up locations outside of SEU classes were also very close—typically about 5 to 10 minutes away, and I think the farthest drive I had during the week was only about 15 minutes. Overall, I am very grateful for the stay. The layout, the clear check-in instructions, and the overall comfort of the space made everything smooth and relaxing. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Lakeland, especially anyone attending SEU intensives or needing a comfortable place close to campus. Honestly, there was nothing I particularly disliked about the stay. The space met the expectations I had from the listing, and I appreciated the attention to detail provided. For my visit, it was exactly what I needed—a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place where I felt safe and at ease during a busy week of classes.

We had a great stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Edgar communicated very quickly and was extremely helpful throughout the entire stay. The place was very clean and well maintained. We also really appreciated that fans were provided since we weren’t able to adjust the temperature — that made the stay very comfortable. I also want to mention that Edgar was very understanding about our pet situation and was kind and communicative when we reached out about it, which we really appreciated. The home itself was amazing and exactly what we were hoping for. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Edgar!

This space was perfect for us. It was a great distance to family and the airport. Only 20 minutes from the strawberry festival which we enjoyed while here! The host was responsive and left detailed instructions

Very clean spacious beautiful home the owner was very helpful and accommodating. Quick to respond so many things near this location and not a far drive for Jeeping with Judd
